Shirley Heights, the ancient fort dominating English Harbour, has become one of the most visited places on the island of Antigua. Today it is in ruins; however the view over the succession of creeks and bays at English Harbour and Falmouth Harbour is extremely beautiful. While going up to the Shirley Heights, it is possible to see Clarence House, the house built for Prince William Henry, who became King William IV of England.
