The Pineapple Festival

It takes place at the beginning of June in Gregory Town, on the island of Eleuthera. The Bahamians organise this event over four days to recall that Eleuthera was the first island to cultivate pineapples. The festival vibrates with music and dance. Evidently, the fruit is eaten and cooking competitions are organised.
