A meeting point between the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, the south coast begins after Bridgetown. If you like very lively beaches with plenty of activities, restaurants and bars, go to Accra Beach. Sandy Beach is attractive for its lagoon and family atmosphere. The southern cape is an ideal place for windsurfing. Silver sands is the perfect spot, and very appreciated from November to June. Close to the Saint Lawrence Gap, Oistins, a fishing village, is known for the quality of its fresh fish sold at the port.
