Amongst the various festivals that should not be missed, Oruro is one of the most intense. As if it wanted to exorcise its disgrace, this Altiplano mining village emerges from its torpor once a year for its February festival. Here, you will see the dance of the devils, performed by thousands of masked Bolivians. These festivities last for a week.
