The National Centre for craftwork, in Ouagadougou, allows you to buy everything that is made in the country as craftwork. You can also visit the workshops where the items are manufactured, there. Bargain for everything you buy. You would be a disappointing customer if you bought at the first asking price! Shops are open from 8.00am to 12.30pm and from 3.30pm to 7.00pm, from Monday to Saturday. The big Ouagadougou market is open 7 days a week.
