The capital of Saskatchewan, Regina, is not a huge town, but is still very active, particularly in the summer, with numerous festivities. Its undeniable charm makes you think of a town in England. Visitors will find both restful green areas and discover various museums. The Wascana Center, in the centre of the town, has 400 hectares of green space, with a lake, a university, a congress centre and a bird refuge! Famous for being the largest urban park in North America - larger than Central Park - it is the ideal point of departure for a visit to the town. Opposite the park, the Legislative Assembly is impressive, with its enormous domed building. You must not miss the city's Royal Museum, which is ideal for helping you to understand the history of the province.
