Travel is my driving force in life, and although I have had the privilege of visiting 30 countries so far, my heart will always remain in India...

Ana Kai Tangata cave is located in the very south of Hanga Roa. One of its walls is painted with images representing a group of stylishly shaped birds. The wings, body and bills of the birds are painted with natural red pigment. They represent manutaras (black terns), whose precious egg was at the heart of the yearly man-bird competition.
