If you want to be sure of the quality, go to specialised shops, located on Na Prikope, Moser being the best rated engraver. Many ranges are of bad taste. Some turn out to be very classic in style, others very contemporary because Bohemian glasswork has seen a recent resurgence. It is also possible to find pretty china for a good price and a great choice of classical music CDs. Shops are open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
