The Al Moggar hotel will suit all those who love sports (tennis, volleyball, water aerobics, weight training), and shows in the evening, and the beach. It is therefore an especially a good place for those seeking to spend active holidays.

Built in 1970, the Al Moggar hotel has a total of 408 rooms and 4 regularly renovated suites. The architecture of the main building evokes the decor of the inside of a ship, built in the form of a 2-storey pavillion. It is surrounded by a 12 acre park. The main area of animation surrounds the swimming pool. It is equipped with a bridge and two central platforms.

The rooms are quite modestly decorated with contemporary furnishings. Pick a room in the main building. It is orientated towards the sea and overlooks the swimming pool. Those who seek peace should rather opt for accommodation in one of the pavilions in the park. All rooms have a balcony or a terrace, a telephone via the switchboard, a safe (at extra cost). They do not have air-conditioning. Half of the bathrooms are equipped with bath tubs. The rest of them have a shower.

You can have your meal at the international restaurant (with a capacity of up to 800 guests). Here you will find copious buffets with nicely presented starters, mains and deserts. Salads, fish, meat, Moroccan and international specialities will satisfy all tastes. Located on the seafront, the hotel's pizzeria allows you to escape from the turmoil of the international restaurant. The snack bar by the swimming pool offers fast food such as sandwiches, salads and grilled food .

The hotel is separated from the beach by a road. You should speak to local rental offices to get hold of deckchairs, mattresses and umbrellas. The same goes for watersports equipment. The beach of Agadir is 4 miles long and 330 ft wide. It is not lacking in space. But the water is rough because of the waves that crash here.
