Built in 1986 and completely renovated in 2003, the Amadil Beach hotel has 326 rooms, including 12 junior suites in the 4-storey buildings with elevators. They do not present remarkable architecture, but they are particularly well situated, facing the sea. Its large swimming pool, supervised and protected from the winds, offers large spaces for relaxation on the terrace or the lawn. In addition, the kid's club is installed in a typically Moroccan maisonnette with one floor. The hotel also has a huge atrium, which houses restaurants, shops and bars. From there, panoramic elevators lead to the rooms. In one corner of the atrium, an orchestra invites you to dance from 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. The spa offers many treatments and massages. There is a hamam with arches, made of tadelak. In the well-equipped fitness room, a fitness instructor is present 6 days a week.

The majority of the rooms have a sea view, while others look onto the swimming pool or the city. Choose those in the building on the seafront. The building at the rear is also nice but it is farther from the beach. The rooms are quite spacious (279 ft² in the standard and 602 ft² in the suites) and modestly decorated with furniture that presents no particular originality. They have a good-sized balcony. Each room has a direct dial telephone, satellite television, a paid safe, a refrigerator and individual air-conditioning. Room-service is available 24 hours a day. The bathrooms are comfortable, equipped with baths and welcome products of the "Atlas hotel" brand.

You can dine at 4 restaurants. "Le littoral", a restaurant serving international cuisine, presents diverse and copious buffets for breakfast (from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.) and dinner (from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.). The well-spaced tables and bright colours make it a very pleasant place. For lunch, you can go to the buffet beside the swimming pool, the seafood restaurant or the Italian restaurant. Near the swimming pool and on the seafront, two snack bars allow you to have something to eat quickly (salads, sandwiches, drinks). In the evening, the Moroccan restaurant "Dar Fés" welcomes vacationers in a typical Moroccan ambiance.

The construction of a walkway along the beach has caused major construction work in front of the hotel Amadil, situated on the seafront : trucks and other vehicles work non-stop from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. You have to search for the path that allows access to the beach avoiding the cuttings (February 2008). In all likelihood, the promenade will be completed by June 2008$$$. Normally, the Amadil beach is long and spacious. Here, you will find mattresses, deck chairs and woven umbrellas. The hotel does not have equipment for water sports. You will need speak to people hiring private equipment or go to the Framissima sailing club nearby. Here as elsewhere on the bay, almost at zero sea level, the sand is fine, golden and regularly cleaned by the city authorities. Note that the wind blows often in the evening.
