The second hotel to have been built after Kurumba, in 1972, since its creation, Bandos has changed its style, much more aesthetic and comfortable. The hotel was in fact renovated in 2005, and has 225 rooms, including beautiful bungalows with a thatched roof. The facilities are fully developed, like the very spacious swimming pool, with a bar. Massage tables are even set up in front of the pool. Another pool also exists, as well as a spa, with sauna and hammam, and a fitness room. Tennis courts, football, volleyball and beach volleyball fields are available. A kids club welcomes children from 1 to 12 years. The hotel has a night club and several bars, including one with a large screen and a stage. An activity team of two persons gives fitness and aerobics classes. Every evening, an event is scheduled : concerts, traditional dance, karaoke, etc.

The 225 rooms are divided in 5 categories. They each have individual air conditioning, a fan, direct telephone, satellite television (22 channels), a full mini-bar, a safe, and the essentials for tea and coffee. The decoration in the standard rooms is basic, green coloured, the ceiling is in bamboo. The shower has no tub. The new bungalows have a shower, jacuzzi, a double washbasin, and separate toilets. The rooms are above the ground floor and open onto balconies. A sitting room with a television is on the ground floor. The waterbungalows are really comfortable and pleasant. The room is big, made up of a canopy bed, equipped with a television. The living room is spacious, with a plasma screen. The bathrooms have a bathtub facing the bay window. The waterbungalows have a large terrace with deckchairs. A stairwell allows you enjoy the benefits of the sea.

The hotel has several restaurants : the main restaurant, open for all three meals, that serves a buffet, an a la carte restaurant for dinner with a sea view, a cute coffee shop is open 24 hours a day, a restaurant in front of the beach, open from 7:30 a.m. to midnight, a pavilion on the water at the end of the dock, where it is possible to eat.

The beach is beautiful, made up of numerous creeks. The sand is beautiful, surrounded by vegetation. There is room to swim. However the water contains several corals. Different water sports are offered : parakiting, underwater diving, snorkeling, fishing, half-pipe, ringo, windsurfing, kayaking, canoeing, water skiing...
