The hotel is located on the seafront on the site of Morne Brabant, 18.6 miles away from Quatre-Bornes and 37 miles away from the airport accessible in 1 hour.

Perfectly convenient to a young and sportive clientele , the Berjaya is also suitable for families. At their disposal : rooms spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, a club for 4 to 12 years old children open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and a small pool to paddle in it.

Built in 1994, the hotel was renovated in 2002. Its lobby, in Malay style ( with carved wood and roof with visible framework ), opens onto a semi-Olympic lagoon-pool. Well suited for relaxation, it has a pool bar and a decorative waterfall. A small separate pool is provided for children. Opposite lies the beach, so that you can go from the deckchairs fitted out on the sand to those arranged around the pool in a few strides. This advantage also has its downside : at the time of the swimming pool,swimming pool activities, peace lovers will have to go away from the centre of the hotel so as not to be bothered by the noise.

Out of all 200 rooms in the hotel, 44 (the clubs ) are on the seafront. The rest are also directed towards the sea, but as they are away, the view is partially hidden by vegetation or buildings housing the rooms. As for the surface, each room has 54 m² divided between the bathroom, the lounge and the terrace or the balcony. The furniture is in rattan outside and made of varnished wood in a style evoking the India Company inside. The amenities include air conditioning, fan, a minibar with tea / coffee kit, telephone and television. A shower, a bathtub, a hair dryer and a basket of personal skin care products are provided in the bathrooms, decorated simply but well maintained.

The room of the main restaurant is located on two levels : the tables located down below overlook the swimming pool and the lagoon. Come preferably at the end of the service not to have the impression to be squeezed. Meals are served buffet-style : international recipes ( salads, pasta, meat and fish with sauce ) are the most numerous, but you can also try local dishes such as the carry. Another possibility : the Oriental Pearl, a Chinese a la carte restaurant, including the small room decorated in Asian style, extends onto a terrace overlooking the lagoon. During the day, the beach restaurant also offers grillings.

The beach is big. It stretches on nearly 0.6 mile over 30 metres in width in front of the reception and about fifteen metres in width along the rooms. The water is crystal clear. The beach is quiet and little windy. You can practice free water skiing, snorkeling ( equipment supplied ), sailing, windsurfing ( competition spot ), kayaking, pedalo, boat and glass-bottomed boat. Provide some extra payment for bottle diving and game fishing.
