The Es Saadi hotel is located in a quiet residential area in the Hivernage, near the Palais Royal de la Princesse. It is within a quarter of an hour's walk from the Jemaa El Fna Square, midway between the walls of the Medina and the gardens of Menara. It takes a 10-minutes to get to the airport (4 miles).

Your room will be located on the 1st or 2nd floor with a view of the city. However, it is possible to reserve a room facing the Atlas range at an additional cost.

Opened in 1966 and completely renovated in 2004, the hotel consists of a 5-storey building located in a beautiful 19-acre park planted with orange trees, bougainvillea and palm trees, and at the bottom of which lies the Casino de Marrakech. The large terrace of the hotel is equipped with a 3230 ft² swimming pool that is heated in winter, and a comfortable sun lounge. Note : an elevator allows you to go directly to the rooms from the swimming pool without passing through the lobby. The Oriental Spa is ideal for relaxing. Hammam, sauna, massages and beauty treatments allow you to relax and take care of yourself. A gym is also available. A piano bar is also available to customers from 5 p.m. to midnight, along with the famous nightclub "Le Théatro", the largest night club in Marrakech.

The 150 rooms of which 13 are suites, are all very comfortable. They are arranged on 6 floors, served by 3 lifts, including one giving direct access to the swimming pool. The balconies give a view onto the old city, the swimming pool or the Atlas range, more or less unblocked according to the floor. The rooms have been renovated in the soft colours of Marrakesh. They have individual air-conditioning, are equipped with a balcony, a flat-screen TV satellite with 23 channels, a direct telephone line for international calls, a stocked mini-bar and a safe. The bathrooms all have a bath tub and a hair dryer. The 5th floor is reserved for luxury apartments. 80 % of the rooms are connecting. You can also book any of the 8 bungalows, each equipped with a garden terrace with direct access to the heated pool. Room service is available 24 hours a day.

The restaurant service is one of the hotel's strong points. The cuisine has a reputation with people outside of the hotel. Breakfast is served in the gourmet restaurant in the form of buffets. It is here that you can have your main meal, upon choice, in a set meal or of the sophisticated menu offering French and Moroccan specialities. The cuisine is ranked 2 * Michelin and the chef has the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France. (Best French worker) Smart dress is required. It is also possible have a candlelit dinner in a restaurant offering Moroccan specialties. A folklore show is staged with oriental and Moroccan attractions (acrobats, dancers). A snack bar by the pool allows you to cool off and dine from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The "Estrade Gourmet" and the "L'Epicurien" gourmet restaurant, located in the Casino, are open every evening for dinner (not included on the package). "L'Epicurien" is open until 5 a.m.
