Enjoying a good situation in the Gueliz district, the new city, the hotel Hicham is a very simple hotel, that does not propose animation or facilities apart from the swimming pool, and very few services.

In the district of Gueliz, the new city, northwest of the Medina, the Hicham hotel is located near the Avenue Mohamed V, one of the most commercial in the city. The hotel is a thirty-minute walk away from Jemaa El Fna square, and a few minutes by car. The airport is 15 minutes away by car.

The Hicham hotel may not be suitable for fans of entertainment or the parents who want their children to have plenty to do at the hotel. However, it is fairly well situated for sightseeing Marrakech.

Built in 2003, the Hicham hotel has an interior patio with a small swimming pool, including a separate part for children. The sun lounge is arranged with deckchairs and umbrellas. The swimming pool is the only facility in the hotel that allows you to relax after a visit to Marrakesh.

It offers 69 rooms, including 16 more spacious, organised on 5 floors with a lift, and that can accommodate 3 or 4 people. The comfort is simple. The bathrooms have a bathtub. The toilets are not separate. The rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, heating, telephone, television and a safe available for free. They do not have a mini bar. The hotel does not offer room-service.

A buffet restaurant is proposed for customers staying on half board, for breakfast and dinner. The cuisine is both Moroccan and international. A snack pizzeria, which acts as a bar, is open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. The restaurant and the snack bar have bay windows with a view of the swimming pool and the possibility of eating on the sun lounge.
