Built in 1986 and renovated for the last time in 2005, Kenza is a modest and comfortable hotel with basic facilities. The hotel's 120 rooms and 8 suites are spread over the 5 floors of the building (with elevator). Behind the hotel, a terrace houses a snack bar, shops and a small swimming pool of 1614 ft².

The rooms are very simple and unfortunately not very welcoming. They are air conditioned, heated and have satellite television with 12 channels, a telephone connected to the switchboard 24 hours a day, a mini bar and a safe. The bathroom has a bath tub. The toilets are not separate. Room service is available 24 hours a day.

Meals are served in the main restaurant,"Le Guéliz", with a terrace. On Wednesdays and Fridays, the buffet is Moroccan. It is also possible to eat at the snack bar at the swimming pool, open 24 hours day or at the pizzeria, that is actually the discotheque, "Shehrazade", or even the pub-restaurant, "Le Casablanca", with a terrace and animation every evening, or the restaurant-bar with a view, "La Lune", or at the panoramic Moroccan restaurant, "Le Kamar."
