Most of the customers come mainly from Germany, then France, Belgium ... A quarter of holidaymakers come to the Residence des Cascades for the golf, approximately 20% are particularly attracted by the thalassotherapy center. It is also a member of "The Leading Spas of the World" and the "Thermes Marins de Saint-Malo". Opened in 2004, this superb block is equipped with an Aquatonic trail of 750 m², 54 cabins for treatments, a gymnasium for cardio-vascular exercise, a sauna, a traditional hamam ... (Allow between € 310 and €370 for three days of treatment.) Various types of care, lasting from one to several days are available.
Two singers are available 4 days a week to charm the audience. A cocktail reception is organized and there are also some performances in the evening.

Open since January 2004, this hotel has 250 standard rooms and suites . It is divided into two parts : one part is reserved for golfers and the other is for clients of thalassotherapy. The hotel has different styles : English at the reception, French in its restaurant, Egyptian in the oriental café ... Everything is of perfect quality in this beautiful setting where wood is predominant. Outside, two golf courses with 18 holes (par 72) and 9-holes (par 27) were designed by the famous champion Gary Player. The 18-hole golf course is ranked as one of the finest in the world, and it is primarily intended for dedicated golfers. Renowned for its harsh blowing winds, it is also popular for its hole number 5, which spans the sea. Professionals give courses at the Golf Academy of the Cascades. The Thalassotherapy Centre, called "Les Thermes Marins des Cascades", operates in cooperation with the Thermes Marins de Saint-Malo. The gymnasium is pleasant because of its building facing the swimming pool, its bay windows and its new equipment. The main pool with its geometric shape has an area of 900m² and around it wooden deckchairs and a few sunshades are arranged. The club for children does not have a playground, but on the other hand you can appreciate the quality of its indoor equipment, for example the sanitary facilities with small basins and marble plan.

Small balconies, overlooking the sea, on the sides and opposite the hotel. As for the golf playground, it unfolds around the hotel. Some of the rooms also have views onto the pool. All rooms can accommodate up to three people, with an area of 43 m². They are luxurious and beautifully decorated (curtains and bedding in shades of white, with fine decoration) and have impeccable amenities: individual air conditioning, television (47 channels), direct dial telephone, a safe (free), a mini bar (complete), wireless Internet connection. Each bathroom is equipped with hair dryers, bathrobes, various personal care products, a locker, a shower / a bathtub and sometimes there is a jacuzzi in the suites.

Thierry Quintric is in control of the kitchen at the Residence des Cascades after having worked as a chef in several other countries. In 2004, this Breton chef's team won first prize at the national culinary salon. It was also the first time that a hotel on the Red Sea won this distinction. Here, everything is homemade : the bread, the sauces, the pastries ... The hotel has three restaurants located on the upper floors of the hotel and offers international cuisine, Eastern and French. The main restaurant is open morning and evening, offering 220 seats. 10 buffets with different theme menus from different continents. In addition : menus for the children and a space for private dinner is offered. In the a la carte "Albatros" restaurant the woodworking give the room French outlook. The restaurant offers continental dishes a la carte such as steak of ostrich or veal on the grill, as well as special menus for the clients taking the cure (TCH mention). Four large flat screens decorate a superb English pub. A corner for smoking the hookah is just beside the Sunset oriental café, a place with Arabic style in a very pleasant setting, as the light is omnipresent. Ideal for enjoying the sunset ! In addition : a outdoors restaurant/bar beside the swimming pool and opposite the golf course offering lunch.

The Residence des cascades share the same beach with the Sheraton. The lagoon with limpid water has a bottom mainly of sand. You can swim there without shoes. The beach is equipped with deckchairs with mattresses, umbrellas and a sports centre offering catamaran, windsurfing, diving ... For lunch, customers can eat at the Residence or at the Sheraton. The only inconvenience is the distance from the hotel ( less than 1 mile ) but a free shuttle runs every half an hour to take you there. From your residence, you will see a small cove, where it is possible to relax. However, it is not suitable for swimming because of the coral.
