The Villas Es Saadi Gardens Resort lies quietly in a park of 19 acres in the residential area of Hivernage, near the Palais Royal de la Princesse. It is a quarter of an hour's walk from the Jemaa El Fna square, midway between the walls of the Medina and the gardens of Menara. It takes 10 minutes to get to the airport (4 miles).

The Es Saadi Gardens Resort includes the Es Saadi hotel, the villas, the Palace, the casino, disco, and its park of 19 acres. These villas have been created by the Bauchet-Bouhlal family, which has combined luxury and refinement in the tradition of Moroccan hospitality for three generations.

Each room has its particular style, the villas are spacious and exceptionally bright. The decoration is refined, embellished with carved stuccos, silk fabrics, embroidery and antiques, mostly on oriental theme ... Always a fireplace, an outdoor heated swimming pool closed in winter and a butler available 24 hours a day. The Villas provide comfort of high quality. With of course : direct telephone for international dialling, individually controlled air-conditioning, a safe, a mini-bar, flat-screen satellite television, a DVD player, a hifi, wi-fi. The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with a bath tub / jacuzzi and a shower.

Restaurant service takes place within each villa since guests can order what they want at any time of day or night. All you have to do is use the telephone to call the butler and he will get you everything you need. The cuisine is undoubtedly delicious, prepared by the hotel's 2 Michelin star restaurant or the Moroccan restaurant. The dishes are beautifully presented.
