The Oudaya hotel is located in Guéliz, the modern district of Marrakech. It is 1 mile from Jemaa El Fna squarre (20 minutes on foot) and 3.5 miles from the airport.

Despite its small size, the hotel offers several activities. Apart from the swimming pool, you can enjoy a ping-pong table, a pinball machine and billiards. To relax, visit the hammam or the sauna.

Built in 1989, the Oudaya hotel is a 6-storey building (with an elevator) covering an area of 16145 ft². A swimming pool of 1076 ft² is located in the inner courtyard. Here, there is also a small sun lounge equipped with a few deckchairs. The bar, located on the 1st floor, offers a nice view over the pool.

The hotel's 160 double rooms are very simple, small (107 ft²), with a large bed or two single beds, a terrace or a balcony. They are air conditioned and have telephone connected to the switchboard 24 hours a day, satellite TV and a safe for extra charge (20 dhirams per day). No mini-bar. The bathrooms are spartan and have a bath tub (or a shower) and a hair dryer. Very few rooms overlook the swimming pool, the majority are facing the street. However, we loved these very nice rooms, decorated with wooden doors and vaults, in the riad style.

A restaurant of 120 seats, opposite the swimming pool, offers breakfast in buffet style, two menus or a menu for lunch and dinner served at the table. The cuisine is tasty.
