Review: Ramada Les Almohades Hotel
The Ramada Almohads hotel is well adapted for relaxation. Nevertheless, you can
play some sports here, including tennis. The restaurant service is quite
decent, but you could accuse it of not being very diverse. However,
it is great for families.
Advantages
- The freshly renovated setting
- The serenity
- The rooms' large balconies
- The green spaces and the gardens
Disadvantages
- The beach (you need to cross a road to reach it)
- The restaurant services
- Limited activities

The hotel offers a half board or all inclusive service. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity and rest. It allows you to play tennis on its two clay tennis courts. Families and children will find that activities are a little lacking.
6.25/10
Built in 1972 and completely renovated in 2001, the Almohads hotel has a total of 321 rooms housed in 4-storey buildings with architecture of little character. They surround a 7.5 acre garden. Both swimming pools are original with their horseshoe-shape that surrounds the children's pool. Here you will find calm and relaxation. The common areas lack a little space. The modern decoration of the lobby is original but does not stand out for its authenticity.

The rooms are not very big. They overlook the gardens of the hotel or the city. They have the great advantage of having a good-sized balcony. Their decoration is a little outdated. They each have satellite TV, a safe, adjustable air-conditioning, a minibar and telephone via the switchboard. The bathrooms are small, but have a bathtub.
6.75/10
The choice of food is quite limited. The recently renovated international restaurant has 4 large dining rooms decorated with big colorful canopies. The buffets for different meals are copious but often repetitive even though they change every day. You will also find a restaurant that serves Moroccan specialties.
The Almohades hotel is not located directly on the seafront. The beach is only 2 minutes away. You have to cross the road to get there. As for renting deck chairs, mattresses and umbrellas, you should go and speak to private renters. The same goes for renting water sports equipment. The beach of Agadir is 4.3 miles long and 328 feet wide. Therefore you won't be lacking any space. The water is often troubled because of the waves that crash onto the sand.
