Built in 1998, the Reethi Beach stretches for 1,968 feet with a width of 656 feet. Its coral reef and lagoon are of good quality. It has about one hundred villas, mostly made of solid walls which give it a slightly standard style. Its infrastructures could use a minor external renovation. The hotel has a spa, a swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness room, aerobics lessons, a games room (with billiards and social games), ping-pong tables, a beach volley court, 2 squash courts, a badminton court, 2 tennis courts. Excursions: night fishing, picnic on a desert island, snorkeling.

About a hundred villas are located in the vegetation, on the beach or on the water. All the rooms have a terrace or a balcony, air conditioning, a fan, a mini bar, cable television, a hairdryer.
The spacious "Villa Reethi", with a Maldivian architecture, have an outside shower. The "deluxe Villas", located on the beach, have a view of the ocean, a bathtub and a porch swing on the terrace. The villas on piers are pleasant, covered with wood flooring and also spacious, with a bathtub too.

At the Rehendi Restaurant, decorated with darkwood tables, open onto the outside. The food is good and international. Special menus are prepared for diabetics and vegetarians. In the evening, the Dihiveli serves Maldivian specialties. An outside grill restaurant with a teakwood terrace serves dinner on wooden tables and benches, facing the sea
For the evening, there is also the Huvandhuma, which serves Cambodian and Vietnamese cuisine. The Modhu Bar offers a 24h/7 snack menu. Four bars also welcome you: at the swimming pool or on the beach to admire the sunset.
