Southwest of Bordoy, Klaksvik is the second largest town of the Faroese Islands. 5,000 inhabitants live there. Less traditional than Thorshavn, it deserves a visit for its setting. The port is dominated by Kunoy's imposing slopes, located on the other side of the sea branch a couple of miles away.
