Parks and natural reserves Martin Siepmann/ age fotostock
In Finland, there are no less than 19 reserves, 32 national parks and 173 bulrush preserved zones. These plants grow in the glacier regions. The country sees a great importance in protecting the environment, and for a good reason as several varieties of plants are native only to Finland. For example, here you can find lakkas, a type of raspberry, which are a yellow colour.
