For those tuned into the world of rock climbing, Fontainebleau has become a world-renowned bouldering site.

Its vast sandy beaches, sandstone blocks, heather plains and enchanting undergrowth give it an undeniable charm and mystery. This legendary forest houses several thousand blocks of all levels providing facilities for bouldering (climbing low rocks without a rope or harness), refresher courses, and introductory courses (to the area, the technicalities of the sport and the moves).
