So that non-divers do not miss out on the absolute must-see which is the coral reefs, it is possible to go on a cruise aboard a glass-hull boat. See also Tahiti Lagonarium (open every day from 9:00am to 5:30pm), a great glass ball immersed in the lagoon, from which you can watch colourful fish, sharks and turtles. Finally, the exceptional collection of the Seashell Museum in Tahiti Nui deserves a special stop (open every day except Mondays; ask for directions at your hotel). In Moorea, go and visit the Tropical Aquarium Centre, for its tropical fish aquatic park and to visit a pearl farm (closed on Mondays).
