Libreville, Gabon's capital, is a modern city with large avenues and office buildings. It is also one of the most expensive cities in the world. Your visit can start with the Saint-Michel church, unique for its 31 wooden columns sculpted by a blind Gabonese artisan. Each of them representing a biblical scene. Next, don't miss the presidential Palace, decorated in marble imported from Italy and Greek columns. Cost: 800 million dollars. Unfortunately, photos are not allowed and you will not be able to visit the inside. Finally, allow yourself some time to visit the museum of Art and Culture, which gathers unique Fangs, Tékés and Mitsoghos masks.
