The Lopé reserve is certainly the best place to observe wild animals, but only during the dry season. The park is a vast savannah interspersed with small dense forests bordering rivers. Here you can observe elephants, buffaloes, warthog, crocodiles, monkeys and gorillas, as well as a wide range of birds. Access to the reserve and its visit is only possible by car. The reserve is located 125 miles east of Libreville.
