Next to Kutaisi is Sataplia National Park, with a mountain known for the presence of prehistoric animal tracks. You can visit the cave whose stalactites and stalagmites form surprising arches and columns. In the cave's centre, there is a 6 ft tall stalagmite, in the shape of a heart.
