IIulissat is the main wonder of Disko Bay region. Surrounded by icebergs, this village is a concentrate of what is most typical in the Arctic: the multicoloured wooden houses, their dog sleighs and their tanners. The fjord hosts a huge floating glacier, which is one of the fastest moving in the world. From time to time, huge icebergs break off its sides.
