Greenland is obviously the country of Eskimos who fish for salmon and seal hunters. The word "Eskimo" meaning "raw meat eaters", they prefer to be called "Inuits" (human beings). Greenland and Inuits are slowly catching up with modernity. Today, they no longer live in igloos but rather in wooden or concrete houses. Motorboats and snowmobiles replace dog sleds and kayaks most of the time. Inuits from Greenland speak Inupiaq essentially . Writing only appeared later in the country. Until then, knowledge was transmitted verbally.
