Marie-Galante has two seasons like in Guadeloupe. Lent takes place in December-April. This is the dry and sunny season, best for tourism. Rains are rare and the temperature hovers around 25°C. 'Wintering' is between May and December. This period is more humid with heavy rains, but with maximum sunshine. Temperatures can exceed 30 °C. Be careful, cyclones can hit between June and October.
