Conakry is located on Tumbo Island, connected to the continent by a seawall. Big avenues, demarcated by mangroves and palm trees, lead to the cathedral, the local market and the National Museum (collection of masks, statues and musical instruments). You should also go and see, in the city's outskirts, the Kakimbo caves, the sources of many myths.
