 Accommodation at Le Touessrok is divided into the following room and suites categories:

Deluxe Rooms - these newly refurbished gems featuring the latest in-room technology, complimented by contemporary furnishings and simplistic yet colourful decor, represent the resort's more affordable level of luxury whilst offering expansive sea views of the Indian Ocean. There are 31 of these rooms at the Coral Wing, laid out in 54m2 of space and a total of 37 rooms at the Hibiscus Wing spreading out over 56m2.

Junior Suite - perfectly blending contemporary comforts and modern functionality to create a sophisticated living space amidst subtle tropical touches, these suites' unique decorative design features include carved wooden screens, colourful Mauritian artwork adorning the walls, striking colours contrasting the subtle shades of the luxury furniture and fittings and magnificent balcony or terrace views over the blue Indian Ocean. Vivid Cashmere throws, soft Egyptian cottons and huge King or Queen sized beds unite to create a lavish living space that bespeaks understated luxury in every corner.  There are 92 Junior suites in the Frangipani Wing, 72 of which have king size beds and the remaining 20 queen beds. At the Hibiscus wing there are a total of 31 Junior Suites, 18 featuring King-sized beds while 14 have Queen-sized ones and extend over a space of 70m2.

Ocean Suites - with a cool and contemporary feel, these airy, light and spacious suites offer the utmost luxury amidst the enchanting tropical surroundings of the Frangipani Wing. Each of these 6 gems extends over an ample 123m2 of space separated into a roomy lounge, private dining room and 2 secluded terraces leading the way to the master bedroom. These are also perfect for families as they many interconnect to an adjacent Junior Suite. Right by the beachfront these suites are idyllically positioned for the most postcard perfect views of the Indian Ocean.

The Royal Suite - a whole other world in levels of luxury, this premium, one and only exclusive suite features the level of service that in days gone by was reserved only for royalty. Guests staying at this unique suite are welcomed to a place where they will be pampered and waited on hand and foot, with every little detail and whim cared for. Extending over a huge space of 32m2 and with a classic style of colonial glamour, this majestic suite is perfectly suited for entertaining in royal style or for a private romantic stay.   • Three-Nine-Eight - spread out over 3 floors, featuring varied international cuisines from 9 countries, presented by 8 show kitchens...the name truly says it all! This restaurant is an extraordinary 'culinary theatre' featuring the most authentic delicious dishes from Mauritian, Indian, Middle Eastern, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Spanish, Italian and French cuisine. Open for breakfast and supper, all dishes here are served right in front of diners where they can be entertained as they watch their meals come to live.
  • Barlen's - this beach venue functioning as a restaurant and bar is located right at the shore of the beautiful Trou d'Eau Douce bay and serves tasty lunches and dinners that revolve around a unique open kitchen featuring a glass-encased sushi counter and a Japanese Robata grill alongside an European volcanic-rock grill. Offering a fusion of Asian and European cuisine this is the place to enjoy a light, refined meal with contemporary flavours from East and West.
  • Safran - featuring an original tandoori open kitchen, this Indian inspired venue produces a variety of Indian bread, appetisers and succulent main courses against the lush backdrop of Hibiscus Bay. With the focal point of this enchanting restaurant being its open kitchen with tandoori ovens, the brilliant menu here is created by chef Mallikarjuna Marchad, who covers modern interpretations of classical Indian cuisine and serves highly sophisticated and timeless Indian recipes with a Continental touch. 
  • Sega Bar - occupying the centre stage at the hotel's main pool, this is the ideal spot to go for refreshing drinks, tropical cocktails and light snacks all through the day. As the sun sets the rhythms of the resident jazz band takes guests onto a stylish hip atmosphere that lasts until the late hours of the night.  Featuring their very own, homemade Le Touessrok's rums and a selection of the world's finest Pure Malt Scotch Whiskies this bar serves an impressive range of worldwide famous brands, including a selection of Pure Malt Scotch Whiskies.
  • Crusoe's Restaurant & Robinson's Bar - located at the resort's very own 'desert island' of Ilot Mangenie, this rustic thatched roof bar and restaurant serves fresh local seafood and drinks under the trees. Here guests can delight in savouring the freshest catch of the day or make the most of the salad bar and made-to-order pizzas. On Sunday, the restaurant  transforms into a sumptuous Mauritian outdoor buffet of spit-roasted lamb and chicken, Asian stir-fries, lagoon seafood and a tempting dessert counter, all accompanied by free-flowing wine. This is also the place to go for tasting a selection of delicious homemade rum concoctions served by Ilot Mangenie's friendly Governor -Mr Robinson himself.
  • Paul et Virginie & Sands Bar - named after the famous 18th century shipwrecked lovers Paul et Virginie, this restaurant is the place to go for a relaxing meal or drink during a day of intensive (or leisurable) water activities, watersports or after some serious sunbathing time. At this beach barefoot restaurant lunch is provided at the most perfect beachside location offering a delicious light fare of grilled or steamed local fish, varied seafood, pizzas and simple Mauritian dishes such as the palm-heart salad. And as sun sets on the horizon, this becomes the perfect place for a private or themed reception with its own dancefloor and sandbank providing space for entertainment and firework displays.
