Not only does the country have an almost limitless choice in terms of consumerism, but from an attractions point of view the tourist is also spoilt for choice. You want the buzz of the big city, you got it. Prefer to be isolated from the rest of humanity, no problem. Up a mountain top or at the bottom of a canyon, racing down the ski slopes or surfing USA, tucking into a burger or sampling the rarest of Chinese, Mexican or native cuisine, hisotry or modernity, the possibilities are endless.
