Located in front of the tropical museum, at a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The Waterloo square, the Artis zoo, and the Dapper market are near the hotel. To visit the main interests of the city, bus and tramway pass at the foot of the hotel.

The hotel is a former student residence and has an equipped kitchen open to everybody. You should ask at the front desk because this is not indicated.

This small 10 floor tower can envy the surrounding buildings. This old building without any charm unexpectedly houses a comfortable and designer interior, decorated with bright colors, contemporary art paintings and a lighting that emphasizes the whole. Corridors leading to rooms are decorated with white painted bricks that provide charm and originality to this modern decor. In front of the hotel, the terrace is the only place where you can actually enjoy the sunshine, the rooms not having balconies.

The 80 rooms offer a wooden desk, parquet floors, three white walls and one red one. Regarding equipment, businessmen will find everything that they need: safe, minibar, closet with hangers, Internet connection, desk, and safe.
The tiny bathrooms have a shower and a washbasin, and the toilet is separate. Several beauty products mean you can travel lightly.

A restaurant with bright colors and decorated with designer objects serves classical but substantial dishes for approximately ?14 (£11). The bar, located at the same place, is very pleasant to have a drink or eat a salad or a sandwich.
