Hotel Asteria Belek

In the touristy area of Belek, along the beach, 22 miles away from Antalya towards Alanya. Transfer time from the airport, located 15.5 miles away, is aproximately 20min.

Built in 1995, the Club Asteria was one of the first to be built on the large beach of Belek. Everything is designed for families : family rooms, a mini-club (4/11 years) and a junior club (12/16 years) with pool and slides, a buffet for kids, a games area, sporting activities and a dynamic activities team. The area is large: be prepared to walk a lot.

Built in several hectares, the Club Asteria is formed of sixteen 2 and 3-storey bungalows and common areas, including restaurants, bars, shops, a cinema, discos, sports grounds, a fitness centre and a huge central swimming pool. The architecture, inspired by Ancient Greece, makes the club unusual and original. The beach, which can be reached through beautiful landscaped gardens, is a continuation of the club.

The bungalows have 300 standard rooms with three beds and 50 family rooms, composed of two separate rooms. They are large (28 to 43 m²), have a balcony and are well equipped: satellite television, adjustable air-conditioning, mini-bar, direct telephone and a free safe. Only the family rooms have bathtubs. The furniture is a bit old.

The club has a big restaurant open to the outside, with capacity for 800 people, located between the swimming pool and the beach. Meals are served buffet style and there is even an area set aside for children. Usually they serve international cuisine, but every week there is a "Turskish night", with the chance to taste local specialities. An "a la carte" restaurant is also available to customers.

The beach is made of sand and pebbles; it is big and very pleasant with deckchairs in the shade. The access is free of charge. There are also showers, a bar, a pontoon and a watersports club that offers activities for a charge.
