Hotel Greenwood Resort

The Greenwood Resort is located close to the town of Göynük, 10 mi north of Kemer. Transfer time from the airport of Antalaya, located 28 mi away to the north, is approximately 50 minutes.

The hotel is open from mid-April to the end of October. The beach is open to guests from mid-May until the end of the season.

Built in 1999 and renovated in 2005, the hotel has 4 pools, the main, outdoor one, stretching over a surface of 300m². As for being able to relax in peace, don't count on it: the entertainment team organises noisy activities close to the pool and there is no end to the loud music constantly playing. To find some peace and quiet, take a consoling walk in the gardens. A pool with a waterslide is reserved for children next to the mini-club (ages 4 to 12). Found in peaceful surroundings in the middle of nature, here it is possible to relax. This part of the hotel also holds a basketball and a tennis court in perfect condition, another plus for guests who enjoy sports while on holiday. Families can also use the large games room equipped with quality facilities (pool table, table soccer, video games). As for well-being, you will probably be disappointed: the spa room is tiny and not exactly peaceful, just like the heated indoor pool.

The large size of the site makes it somewhat tedious to get to most of the 223 guest rooms, as there is often a lot of distance to be covered. The rooms are distributed among a 4 storey building with a view of the garden and bungalows housing a total of 112 rooms. They are all equipped with central air conditioning, a direct telephone line, a safe available for a fee, a balcony, a mini bar stocked with free drinks, and a hair dryer. The bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs, room service is available around the clock, and the television is connected to satellite channels.

Meals are served as a buffet in the main restaurant, which has a capacity of 400 guests. The tables are very close to one another, ruining any chance of intimacy, but the international and local cuisine is good. The dishes change every day and theme nights are organised by the hotel. An à la carte restaurant serves Italian specialities from May 15th up to the end of the season.

Accessing the beach can be quite tricky, and even hazardous. Indeed, it lies to the other side of an expressway that runs along the hotel, 180m from the main building. Located in a pleasant setting, the beach is supervised by a lifeguard and equipped with showers and deck chairs fitted with cushions. From 10:00am to 7:00pm, guests can enjoy a snack that is included in the all-inclusive option. Almost every nautical activity available incurs a fee. Diving enthusiasts can make the most of their hobby.
