Hotel Fiesta Americana Condesa

The hotel is located on the seafront, in the hotel zone. The town centre is about 10 miles away. Commuting buses are numerous. It takes about 20 minutes to reach Cancun airport, which is 11 miles away.

This is a restaurant. It is a pity! It hides the view of the sea. The exterior façades, the rooms and the lobby were renovated in 2001. They now have a pleasant rustic Mexican style.

The spacious rooms all overlook the sea. They have a bathtub and a shower. They are equipped with satellite television, telephone for direct international dialling, individual air-conditioning, a safe and a mini-bar offering many drinks.

The restaurant Kalmia offers a quality buffet topped with a large selection of dishes from local and international cuisine. Every day, the restaurant organises thematic evenings: Mediterranean, Mexican, Caribbean, Mayan, American Grill and the crawfish festival. The Rosato, a restaurant renowned for its Northern Italian cuisine, attracts gourmets in a cosy ambiance. The seafood is ruling in the Kalia.

The beautiful public beach of Cancun stretches out at the foot of the hotel. The shore of white sand and the waves of transparent waters extend into a vast body of blue shade water as far as the eye can see. The site is cleaned and the beach is guarded.
