Hotel Minceta

The Minceta hotel is located in the Babin Kuk neighbourhood, a short drive from the centre of Dubrovnik. The hotel offers a view of the nearby mountains and of the sea, at its feet. The international airport is 30 minutes away by car.

The Minceta hotel belongs to the Babin Kuk complex, together with the Argosy, Tirena, and Dubrovnik President hotels. The guests of the Minceta have access to the other hotels' amenities.

The Minceta hotel was built in 1976, and its latest renovation was completed in 2003. The hotel is composed of small 5-storey white buildings and welcomes holidaymakers in a pleasant atmosphere. The lobby overlooks the sea. The Minceta offers a few activities (tennis, massages, water polo, ping pong, badminton, etc.) and, most of all, a gigantic swimming pool with a smaller pool.

All 340 rooms were renovated in 2003 in a very modern style. There you will find wooden floors. The white walls are lit by small wall lamps. White walls, white bedspread, beige furniture: the dominating tone is white, which gives the room a stylish and bright atmosphere. All rooms have television, telephone, and a fan. Some rooms have a view of the sea, others overlook the parking area. Some rooms have a terrace. Bathrooms are small and have a shower.

For meals, two restaurants are available. A terrace with a sea view allows guests to eat outside and enjoy the view. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style. The restaurant is somewhat noisy.

The hotel is close to the Coppacabana public beach. There, you will find deckchairs and sunshades for rent, water sports activities, and a bar.
