Hotel Villa Dubrovnik

The Villa Dubrovnik is located a little far away from the other surrounding seaside hotels, by the sea and 1 mile away east of the old city of Dubrovnik. For transfers from the airport, 12 miles away, allow 20 minutes.

Several small stairways, private and cosy corners add to the charm of the hotel. It is much appreciated by couples on honeymoon. However, it is not appropriate for mobility impaired persons.
The Villa mostly welcomes Italian and German guests.

Hidden behind very large trees, the Villa Dubrovnik was built in 1958 and renovated in 1997, in a sober and imaginative way. Unlike other hotels along the coast, it has a human scale and wonderful terraced gardens planted with bougainvillleas and pink laurels. Its 38 rooms and its unique suit are spread in a three-storey building with large baywindows and a white marble floor.

The spacious 20 m² rooms are renovated and decorated with pastel shades. They all have a mini-bar, satellite television, direct international telephone line and adjustable air-conditioning system. The bathrooms have a bathtub and hair dryer. They are all overlooking the sea. The balconies are equipped with a small table and chairs.

The restaurant with large baywindows is bright and decorated with blue and white shades. Beautiful terrace with view on the sea under a pergola covered with Virginia creeper. On the menu are mediterranean and international dishes and the fish of the day. And a bar with a pleasant terrace opening directly to the Adriatic.

Its artificial beach, 80 m long, is a series of large stone-slab terraced platforms.. Climb down small ladders lined along a low wall to get to the sea. It is equipped with deck chairs. No water sports base.
