CharmSuperb hotel, deserves its 5 stars. Built in 2005, it offers great confort, an ideal location for visiting the old town and luxury services. Certainly one of the most beautiful hotels in Havana.

In the heart of Havana, the Saragota is opposite the Capitol, at the Paseo del Prado and Dragones street intersection.
The Saratoga is managed by Havana's historic town's committee through the Habaguanex company. Its profits are used to renovate the historic centre of the town.
Opened at the end of 2005, the Saragota was set up in a building built in 1933 and that only had 3 floors until 1949 when 5 floors were added. The interior design is very classy with a reception area opposite a small desk installed on an armchair... classy! Above the reception under a glass roof, a very pleasant bar welcomes the guests in a tropical atmosphere. 7 floors higher, above the rooms and the spa on the 7th floor, there is the terrace. And what a terrace! Large and well laid out, it has a long swimming pool and a bar. You can sunbathe facing the town while admiring the superb view over the capitol and the famous factory Partagas Cigar. An ideal place to have a drink in the evening. A few steps below, a fitness centre with state-of-the-art equipment and individual television.
96 rooms, decorated in a modern or colonial style but all very luxurious. Several types of room, modern on the first and second floors, the colonials with large bay windows and sometimes balconies, rooms for smokers on the fifth and sixth floors and 40 rooms with patio. Most of the rooms have a view of the Parque de la Fraternidad and those overlooking the interior courtyard are cheaper. The bathroom is decorated in turquoise blue ceramics with shower, bath and an enormous wash basin. Like all luxury hotels, there are even scales.
On the ground floor, a superb restaurant serves à la carte meals for lunch and dinner. It is divided into two, a bar on one side to have a drink in a Moroccan atmosphere and tables on the other. The cuisine is refined and the meals cost between 14 and 35 pesos (large prawns). There is a snack bar serving sandwiches and salads on the edge of the pool. There a two bars, one on the terrace and one above the reception area, shaded from the sun.
