CharmThe Club Bahamas is a 3 star hotel located on Playa d'en Bossa beach, to which it offers direct access. All of the tastefully decorated guest rooms have recently been renovated and offer superb views. Given that the hotel also has a children's play area, a games room, a wonderful swimming pool and offers a host of activities aimed at both young and old alike, it is also a great place to come for a family holiday. Having said that, the pool does get noisy due to the size of the hotel (which has some 500 guest rooms) and there is a lot of coming and going here, particularly in the lobby!
The Club Bahamas is a 3 star hotel located on Playa d'en Bossa beach, to which it offers direct access. At 1,5 mi long, Playa d'en Bossa is the largest beach on the island. The hotel enjoys one of the most idyllic settings and is also close to the El Divino and Bora Bora nightclubs.
The hotel is open from May to October.
The hotel has two restaurants, one indoor and another overlooking the beach. Guests who have their meals included in the price of their stay dine in the indoor buffet style restaurant, as the second restaurant is à la carte. If your pick-up for your return flight is later than the latest check-out time (12:00pm), the hotel will provide you with a free courtesy room so that you can shower and change and have somewhere to leave your luggage. The swimming pool is open from 9:00am until 6:00pm and is supervised by lifeguards. The hotel complex houses 489 guest rooms, spread right across the width of the building (which, incidentally, has no lift) and over 3 floors. The hotel also boasts two conference rooms with a total floor area of 180m². There are also two buffet style restaurants, as well as the La Sal Rossa, an à la carte restaurant overlooking the sea that is not open to those staying here on a full-board basis. If none of those take your fancy, you could always try the lobby or pool bars, which serve drinks and a selection of snacks (sandwiches, pizzas, etc.). The lobby itself is very spacious and, as well as a bar, houses various little areas furnished with armchairs and equipped with a panoramic television. As for the swimming pool, you're really in for a treat! Not only is the pool huge, but there is also a special area for children and babies and even a jacuzzi, all surrounded by lush green grounds where you can sit and soak up some rays on one of the many deck chairs provided. Younger guests might prefer to head off to the play area or the games room (which includes a pool table, a ping pong table, etc.) or take part in one of the plethora of activities on offer for both children and grown-ups alike.
The hotel complex houses 489 double and quadruple guest rooms, spread right across the width of the building (which, incidentally, has no lift) and over 3 floors. The quadruple rooms have two beds as well as a double sofa bed, and the views are superb, whether they are of the sea, the pool or the surroundings. All of the tastefully decorated rooms have recently been renovated and feature light-coloured furniture which adds to the feeling of light in the room, a large mirror that enhances the feeling of space and an oil painting for a touch of gaiety. The bathrooms have also all been refurbished and come with a bathtub or shower, a hair dryer and all the day-to-day hospitality products you could need. All rooms have air conditioning, a 26 inch plasma screen television and a mini bar, as well as a small terrace or balcony.
The main restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner and serves international and themed cuisine as a buffet in a large dining room that also has a dedicated show cooking area. Lunch is served in the La Trattoria buffet style restaurant, which serves Italian specialities. This outdoor restaurant is located on a terrace close to the pool, and also has a show cooking area where guests can watch the chefs preparing the main dishes of the day. Last but not least, there is the La Sal Rossa restaurant, overlooking the beach and therefore offering superb views of the sea. Open from 10:30am and serving à la carte Mediterranean cuisine for both lunch and dinner, a wide variety of snacks is also available here, though it is worth remembering that this restaurant is not included in the different formulas (full-board, half-board). There is also a bar in the lobby, as well as two others in the pool area, where guests can relax with a drink or perhaps try one of the simple main courses and/or snacks (pizzas, sandwiches, etc.) on offer whilst relaxing under the Ibizan sun.
The Club Bahamas enjoys a truly idyllic setting on the famous Playa d'en Bossa beach, which is directly accessible from the hotel. Indeed, at 2.5km long, Playa d'en Bossa is the largest and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
