Hotel Els Pins

Located right on the beach, in the bay of San Antonio, 1.5 miles away from the city centre. The capital, Eivissa, is 11 miles away and the airport 16 miles away, about 35 minutes by car.

The hotel makes available to its clients, aside the paddling pool, a club for kids aged 4 to 12 years open from 9.00am to 1.00pm and from 3.00pm to 5.30pm as well as a mini-disco open every evening from 8.00pm to 9.00pm. The establishment is open all year round.

Built in 1963 in the middle of a pine wood of an area of 269,000 square feet, the Els Pins hotel was renovated in 2000. This 5 level building, served by 2 elevators, offers 170 rooms and has a capacity of 322 people. It also offers a small shaded pool, located behind the building, several sports grounds and a sailing centre on the beach.

With an average area of more than 160 square feet, half of the rooms of the Els Pins hotel overlook the sea, the others looking out on the pine wood and the pool. All offer a balcony, a bathtub, satellite TV, ventilation and a direct telephone line. There are also safes available from the reception. Very basic, the decoration is made of tiled floors, white walls and a classic pine furniture.

For once, the architecture of the restaurant offers some originality with its wooden roof with multiple frames accentuated by glass roofs. Regarding food, the menu is quite traditional with buffets offering an international cuisine and a choice between 6 different hot dishes. The water and the wine are served at will. The decoration and the proximity to the sea make the atmosphere of the restaurant quite pleasant.

Quite small, the beach is located at the foot of the establishment and it is mainly distinguished by its sailing club and the number of water activities that you can practice here: parascending, diving, sailing, windsurfing, kayak, banana, ringo... A very good point for this beach, especially since these activities are rather rare on the island. Otherwise, the water is clear, there is sand on a major part of the beach, and there is little noise and wind.
