Hotel Sawasdee village

1,640 ft from Kata Beach, the Sawasdee Village is 45 minutes away from the airport, 15 minutes from Phuket Town and Patong.

Its spa has been defined one of the 50 most beautiful spas in Thailand and the most exotic in Phuket.

Built in 1999, this small establishment was renovated in 2004, when the spa was added. Designed as no other, it stands out for the originality of its infrastructures. The buildings are built on a small lagoon and, here and there, small decks allow to go from one place to the other. On this lagoon, a tropical garden is decorated all over by statues, small pergolas, fountains and drapes... The swimming pool, the terraces, the rooms, the restaurant, the spa, all was fancily chosen in the least detail to decorate these living spaces.

The 48 rooms are spacious (301 ft²) and gather impeccable comfort with their decoration and equipment. The floors and furniture are made of teak, the canopy bed, the choice of the decoration elements are luxurious. The small extensions of the rooms serve as small pleasant sitting rooms which are coloured and furnished with many comfortable cushions. You will find a computer (in each room, with satellite for the TV), a safe, a minibar and air conditioning. The bathroom is elaborately decorated as well, and offers numerous elegant welcome products, a lovely shower, a hair dryer and a large mirror.

There are 2 restaurants available. The main one is open for breakfast (6am - 10.30am) and serves American classic buffet. Then between 11am and 11pm, it serves a la carte local cuisine. The hotel has a second restaurant which can accommodate up to 80 guests and offers a la carte fish and seafood. The cuisine is of a quite good quality.

Kata Beach is 1 mile away. The sand is fine and the water is turquoise blue. A free shuttle operates from the hotel every day.
