Hotel Four Seasons Limassol

The Four Seasons is located on the seafront, 4 miles from Limassol downtown, on the bay, at the edge of Amathus neighbourhood. This is a touristic area, surrounded by hotels, restaurants, bars and houses under construction. To reach the hotel from Larnaca airport (located 37 miles away), you will need 40 minutes. There are municipal buses, just in front of the hotel, going to downtown Limassol every 10 minutes and a taxi station in the hotel parking lot.

Most of the time, the hotel is populated by English customers, followed by Russian. Families, couples and business clients come here too. Incentives, seminars, galas, weddings: different conference rooms are fitted out for these. The Four Seasons, where the staff is multilingual, has a 43% fidelity rate. The facilities are much appreciated by the Cypriots, which is why in summer it is recommended to reserve a restaurant of your own choice. The bars are also sometimes crowded. A wing of the building, exclusively reserved for adults, offers a great level of comfort, specially the outdoor private jacuzzi. The hotel imposes a dress code. The hotel offers a team of 10 animators, plus six others to entertain children. A garden for kids aged 3 to 8 years is open from 10 AM to 5 PM in winter and from 9 AM to 10 PM in summer. The club for children is open for 7 to 13 years old with activities during the day and in the evening. For older kids, the hotel offers a teenager animation programme in July and August. 30% of the staff members have been trained in first aid.

The Four Seasons, built in 1993, has just finished a full renovation. Its imposing façade and modern architecture houses a high-standing establishment. This is a universe in itself of 6 levels, where you can live in self-sufficiency. The indoor space is spectacular: palm trees and foutains in the hallway, large sun lounge covered by wood, large elegant living-rooms, modern bar. Outside, the quality and the exotic decor in the same style. A large sundeck equipped by tables and teak chairs welcomes you for lunch or just to drink something. Two lagoon pools (always supervised, including one for adults), diversified outstanding vegetation, pools where a few coloured fish swim, make the picture complete. A great treatment and state-of-the-art thalassatherapy centre offers a wide selection of services (''Phytometer'' brand products). Bathed by natural light, the fitness room is very nice. On the walls, you will find two large TVs. There is a wide choice of small shops in the basement of the hotel. You can also find a large supervised daycare facility (free of charge), very well fitted out for the delight of the kids. On the upper levels, the large and beautiful corridors are decorated by 70 paintings painted by the architect of the hotel.

Among the 304 rooms that the hotel offers, the hosting options are various: 260 standard rooms, 32 suites and 35 studios, including one part sheltered in a wing with private access. The standard rooms are joyful and they usually offer a view of the sea, the gardens and the pool. The 100 rooms overlooking the inside of the site are peaceful. All are equipped with high-speed Internet access, adjustable air-conditioning system, dimmer switches for the lighting, a free safe-box, a well-stocked mini-bar, a tea/coffee kit, a baby monitoring system, a large balcony with window boxes, a table and two wooden beach chairs. The beds, the height of comfort, are brought in from Harrods. On one of the tables, a bottle of wine (free of charge) and fruits are available upon your arrival. As for the the satellite TV (22 channels), it offers a stunning, large screen, traditional and digital keyboard for mail, a games console and a selection of 50 films (a la carte, paid service). Once you get into the marble bathroom, you will admire the white squares that leave the light come in and the setting with double jacuzzi and separate shower (or not), radio telephone, a hair-dryer, bathrobes and slippers, the Four Seasons brand welcome products. 24/24 room service.

This hotel is noticeable for its catering services: a variety of venues and formulas are offered, but specially the quality of the cuisine if one believes the reputation of a la carte catering. The meals are served buffet-style, with menus and thematic evenings are organized for no additional fee (Italian, Cypriot, French, barbecue, fish, exotic, international) on the nice shaded sundeck on the verge of the pool. From 7 AM to 10:30 AM, the sumptuous breakfast buffet has a river of food, each more tasty than the next. This is an undeniable fact about Limassol! Note: room-service is available for breakfast between 4 AM to 7 AM. An a la carte menu is also available from 11 AM to 11 PM, Cypriot dishes and international foods depending on desires, and dietary menus, vegetarian and for children. In summer, fish and sea food are really abundant on the ''Seashells'' sundeck. In the evening, the Mavrommatis has just opened and offers, like the notorious Parisian restaurant with the same name, Greek dishes cooked in French style. The Vivaldi, a new Italian restaurant, invites you to try a traditional Italian cuisine in a special atmosphere. As for the ''Oriental Seasons'' it serves an authentic Chinese cuisine prepared by a chef from Hong-Kong. In summer time, it is strongly recommended to call for reservation because the Cypriots come here too. There is also a nice selection of wines: Burgundy and Bordeaux great wines, but also Italian and Greek wines. The service is faultless. 4 bars are available for the clients, including the ''Garden Pool bar'', only if you are over 18 years of age, and the ''Vista'', cocktails bar with live music from 9 PM to 1 o'clock in the morning and an animated dancing area... The Colors Café, trendy place in Limassol, offers cakes, ice-creams and sweets of all kinds, but you can also have different cocktails, varieties of teas....

A beautiful and large beach with straw huts and reserved beach chairs is located below the garden and the lawn areas. The golden sand is clean, the waters are clear (blue flag from the tourist office). The place is supervised and protected against the sun by two sea walls to guarantee peaceful bathing. Here you can do lots of water sports, including diving.
