Located in Amathus area, the hotel is located 7 miles away from Limassol downtown. Larnaca airport is located 35 miles away, about a 40-minute drive. Nice attractions are worth visiting: the Curium theatre 18 miles away, the Kolossi castle is 15 miles away and the archeological site of Amathonte located 1 mile away.

The hotel is frequented by families, regular customers, but also groups (except for the summer season). The hotel was distinguished as ''Europe's leading conference hotel'' by ''the world travel awards 2004''. The facilities are extremely good for conferences, seminaires, gala dinners and incentives. Specially ''The Grand Hall'', the biggest conference room in Cyprus with a maximum capacity of 1,200 persons. The business centre offers secretarial staff. A gallery area has a variety of expositions on display.

Built in 1992 and renovated in 2005, the imposing 6-level triangular building is built on a high area, from where different branches spread out in many directions. This way, walking around the hotel is very nice, no matter where you are located, thanks to large luxury spaces - bright and with a lot of vegetation that completes the image of the hotel. The very modern reception with soft music. Surrounded by palm trees and crossed by a bridge, the large asymmetrical pool is located on the edge of the sandy beach. There is also a pool for kids and an indoor pool near the gym room. The Hawaii offers a total of 255 rooms of about 193 feet² each and modern suites - impeccably furnished and air-conditioned, including 200 that offer a sea view and 55 that have a view of the mountains. Many of them are communicating. The rooms have nice amenities and decor and are painted in pastel colours. Light colours - white, cream, beige and brown, create a soft and restful ambiance. Sliding doors access the large balcony, fitted out with armchairs, cushions and wooden table. It is not a surprise to find many high-quality facilities: large screen TV receiving 22 channels (including 4 cinema channels), films by request, video and DVD location, PlayStation, free safe-box, filled mini-bar, tea/coffee kit, an outlet for fax and Internet access, radio in the bedside tables, direct telephone line. Small attention to detail: depending on the nationality of the clients, the hotel provides a bottle of water or of wine in the rooms. Arrayed in safari colours, each junior suite offers a great ironwork bed designed with lots of convolutions. In the same vein, the bathrooms have a bathtub/shower, a hair-dryer, bathrobes, beautiful welcome products, slippers and sewing kit.

Open in summer, the 7 a la carte restaurants means you can have the luxury of trying a cuisine of different flavour each day of the week. In winter time, you can choose between 5 restaurants. The menus change 2 times per year. The hotel offers very various buffets with different local and international flavours at the "Anthea". Breakfasts are served from 7 AM to 10 AM, with homemade pastries and breads. All day long, you can treat yourself at the hotel from 11 AM to 10 PM. There are special menus offered for kids. If you prefer more exotic things, you should go to the ''Kohili'' which offers mixed cuisine for those loving seafood and fish outdoors. The pride of the hotel, the great chefs demonstrate their cooking in front of the guests, who taste the surprising components and the works of art at the ''Kyoshi Sushi Bar''. The first sushi bar in Limassol where you can eat classic sushis. The ''Aloha'' restaurant allows you to refresh yourself at the pool. Only the clients of the hotel can enjoy the beach because it is pretty small and quickly becomes crowded. From the pool you can get here through a small stone pathway that crosses over the vegetation in all the areas of the hotel. Unfortunately, the sand here is grey.
