Hotel Sana Lisboa

The Sana Lisboa Park is located at the very top end of the Avenida da Liberdade, not too far from the Marquess of Pombal Square and Eduardo VII park. The centre of Lisbon is around a 20 minute walk away and there is an airport shuttle that stops just a few metres from the hotel.

The Sana Lisboa Park is a new hotel that was built in 2004. Its modern and minimalist decor is certainly very 21st-Century in style, with white and beige as the dominant colours.Once inside the entrance hall you'll immediately feel 2 inches tall, thanks to the incredibly high ceiling that is only accentuated by the dominant white of the decor. There is a lounge bar not far from the reception and the hotel also has a gym for those who like to keep active while on holiday. After all that hard work you'll deserve a little relaxation, so why not indulge a little in the hammam, whirlpool bath, or sauna, or pamper yourself with a massage at the beauty centre. Those who like to stay tanned might be interested in using the UV booth at the hotel. There are also 11 conference rooms for hosting business meetings and other seminars.

The hotel's 281 guest rooms are spread over 12 storeys. To find your room you just have to look at the ground, where the numbers are printed on the carpet outside the rooms. Once inside, you'll find the decor extremely modern and welcoming. The predominant shades of black and beige are brightened up with a few touches of colour. All of the rooms are decorated in the same way and only the colours change. You'll also find a reading lamp attached to the headboard, which is very useful. The suites are equipped with a lounge area, a flat screen television, a bathrobe, and a separate toilet, but all of the rooms include a free safe, a minibar, air conditioning, a television, a phone, and movies on demand. The bathrooms, meanwhile, come with a bathtub, hospitality products, a set of scales, and a hair dryer. You'll find an ice machine located in the corridor for your convenience.

The hotel's restaurant serves international cuisine for breakfast (buffet), lunch (buffet), and dinner (à la carte). The decor in the dining room is meant to make the place look brighter and consists of light wood, blue carpets, and wicker and wooden chairs. You may also choose to dine in the lounge-bar not far from the reception for a cosier atmosphere.
