La Villa des Orangers is located in the district of Sidi Mimoun, facing the new presidential palace, within a few minutes walk from the Koutoubia and the Djemaa el Fna square. A sizeable advantage for a stay in the medina : the hotel overlooks a wide street, it is possible to park a car just outside the entrance. For transfers to and from the airport, it takes approximately 15 minutes. La Villa des Orangers organises transfers to the airport, which are free.

La Villa des Orangers belongs to the prestigious Relais & Chateaux chain. It offers upscale and personalised service including many free services such as laundry, breakfast, soft drinks, transfers to the airport and light lunches such as sandwiches, salads ... La Villa des Orangers is not recommended for families with children.

Open from the beginning of the year 2000, the Villa des Orangers quickly positioned itself as one of the most prominent addresses in Marrakech. Designed in a traditional Moroccan style, this former princely mansion still revolves around two charming patios full of lush greenery and fountains, each served by arcaded galleries of carved plaster. The harmony between the precious Moroccan style wood furniture and the colours of the decoration give the riad an elegant and pleasant atmosphere. As for the garden, the duplex suites with a private balcony overlook a large, heated swimming pool stretching 59 ft in length, located near to a dining room, massage room and an interior decoration shop. Two Moroccan living rooms with a warm and friendly atmosphere invite you to read and relax. Upstairs, the suites with private terrace open onto the Medina. On the roof, there is a large terrace on several levels as well as a small swimming pool and a sun lounge. The view of the Koutoubia, the old city and in the distance, the Atlas range is breathtaking from here !

La Villa des Orangers comprises 19 rooms and suites : 5 deluxe rooms, including 2 with private terrace and 14 suites, including 3 duplex, 2 without terrace, 6 with a private terrace and 3 luxury suites with a balcony. All are comfortable and beautifully decorated with furniture specially made by local craftsmen out of the most precious materials. The amenities in the rooms are comprehensive and particular attention is paid to the quality of products offered to guests. All rooms have bathrooms with a double basin, a shower room, a bath tub, separate toilets, a hair dryer ... They have individual air-conditioning, a mini bar, satellite TV, a safe, direct telephone for international dialling, wifi connection (in the rooms that overlook the patio). The three luxury suites near the garden have an area of about 1076 ft² each, on two levels. They consist of a large living room with a fireplace and an desk area, a bedroom on the first floor also with a fireplace, a bathroom, a dressing room and a private balcony overlooking the pool and the garden. In addition to the same amenities as in other rooms, they have a plasma TV and DVD player. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Note : breakfast, lunche (simple dishes) and all non-alcoholic beverages are included in the price of the room.

The hotel has a reputable outdoor restaurant but it is only open in the evening for non-residents. Inspired by Mediterranean style, the cuisine is varied with Moroccan propositions that change every day. On Sundays, the cuisine is exclusively Moroccan. Besides in the restaurant itself, the customer also has the opportunity to eat where he wants, whether that be near the swimming pool, on the patio, in the lounge or on the terrace. The service is highly personalised. The wine list is varied. It includes fine Moroccan, French and imported wines. Each morning, a breakfast consisting of pancakes, cakes, orange juice and mint tea will be available. Tea time, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks for lunch also make up some of the free services provided by the hotel.
