This superb building, bearing the ochre characteristic of Marrakech, has a ground floor offering good clearance, like princely palaces. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor, a piano bar (open from 5 p.. to 1 a.m.), four beautiful lounges each with a different atmosphere, a library, again in a contemporary chic style and traditional Moroccan ambiance. Served by intimate corridors, both the rooms and suites are very pleasant, refined and tastefully decorated, with their rammed earth walls and black wooden furniture. The rooms are located beside the medina or facing the patio and the swimming pool (surcharge). They offer fruit, welcome products and a bottle of water. The amenities are modern, including air conditioning, satellite television with 41 channels, a mini bar, direct telephone and Internet connection. Entirely covered in marble, the alcove-bathrooms all have a bath, with a separate shower in some of them. The toilets are separate. Rooms do not have balconies. The hotel has a beautiful dining room serving international cuisine (French and Italian) which is very pleasant, decorated in sandy shades, with an oriental atmosphere and paintings inspired by Moroccan culture. This room extends onto a terrace looking out onto the pool. The international specialities here are served at lunch and dinner and offered à la carte. There is also a Moroccan restaurant, offering meals à la carte. The cuisine has a reputation with people outside the hotel. Breakfast is served buffet style, with homemade pastries. A second restaurant serving Indian specialities is open for dinner on the terraces. The restaurant offers a panoramic view of the Koutoubia, the old city and the Atlas Mountains. The Relais de Paris offers French cusine and grilled foods. From 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., it is also possible to grab something light at the snack bar on the poolside in the patio's lush gardens. Some simple dishes such as sandwiches, salads and pastries are offered.
