It opened in October 2002 and its 216 rooms - including 21 suites - are spread over 11 floors. The first 9 floors can be reached by taking one of three panoramic lifts. The two top floors are reached by two standard lifts. The Quantum Club is the ideal place to relax. It has a spa, a 5ft deep swimming pool heated to 28°C and adorned with a waterfall, two massage rooms, two hammams (one Turkish bath and one Russian bath), a sauna, a whirlpool bath and an ultramodern gym. Alternatively, you may wish to eat in the conservatory lounge bar, but an absolute must, especially in the summer, is the panoramic roof terrace and its beautiful view over Moscow. Breakfast can be taken at the Park restaurant on the first floor, with dishes prepared on request in addition to the buffet, from 6:30am to 11:30am. Your other meals can be taken at the other restaurants, which are open all day from midday to 2:00am. Fans of Japanese cuisine might be tempted by the sushi bar, which can seat 20 people.
