A recently renovated hotel, located a few blocks away from the Empire State Building. It offers a good level of accommodation and a setting with a modern decoration.

The hotel is 18.6 miles away from La Guardia airport, 16 miles away from JFK, and 18.6 miles away from Newark. Near the subway n°6 and 3 blocks away from Penn Station.

The " 30/30 " occupies a typical New York brick building, constructed at the turn of the century, in the north of the Gramercy quarter, a few steps away from the Empire State Building. This hotel has 202 rooms, from standard to suite. It has a sober decoration, vaguely inspired by the style of the 70's. The hotel left us with a good impression, maybe because of the welcome as well as for the quality of the facilities. A fitness room, a bar and a restaurant.

The rooms of the 30/30 all have a different configuration, but adequate sizes. The decoration, 70's revisited, consists of a combination of green, beige and brown pastel shades with sober amenities. All have television, telephone and individual air conditioning. Some of them have a kitchenette. The bathrooms are subdued but beautiful, with a decoration in slate or small tiles.
